IMS mobile and track blenders are designed to offer the ability to blend products with accurate control manually or fully PLC computer controlled and can work in conjunction with the IMS Track and Modular Electric Pugmills offering the total solution in blending and mixing a range of materials including powders and liquids for the mining, construction and rehabilitation industries.
KLH Industries is proud to offer the IMS MSO-40W mobile cement silo to Alice Springs and the Northern territory. This silo holds 40 tonne of cement and has six heavy duty jacking legs that allow a 2.5-meter-wide transporter to back under a lower onto the deck. IMS also have the option of providing the same silo on a semi skeleton trailer with the silo connected with container locks, this option allows a generator to be mounted on the goose neck deck.
The horizontal silo has its own electrical switch control panel the controls the two augurs, venting filter with a compressor, pressure relief sensors, automatic fulling valve and can be powered by mains power or a 50KVA generator along with high and low sensors.
The silo can operate as a separate operation or have the augurs automatically start/stop from the IMS Pugmill PLC control and recording system.
